[Public-List] Baltimore Marina Question

I know this is a little off topic but since of you in Maryland I'll ask.

My son who is stationed in MD has moved from a waterfront house in 
Pasadena (Main Creek) to Federal Hill.  He has a Capri 14 on a trailer. 
Does anyone know of a marina near downtown which would have "dry 
moorings" preferably with a winch to launch?
