Hi kristian,

I rebuilt my rudder a few years ago and made a planetric drawing of the original you could use to make a new one. You would probably need a new shoe and pintle. What does the broken end of the shaft look like? Is it corrored through or bent and sheared off? The underlying question is why did it happen in the first place. I can't imagine the shaft breaking without the shoe letting loose first...

Or maybe the pin in the shoe wearing through causing the rudder to. Ole loose and snapping the shaft.

In any event you. CAn use my drawing to lay up another rudder. It's not that hard to do. Iam nearby just outside Seattle
