Hello again
We (Epifanes) offer a non-skid additive made of polypropylene beads; not hard on feet and knees, and has the property of absorbing the paint they're mixed with so that one doesn't get the black head effect if the paint wears at the 'peaks'
Any marine store should have it.

Often wondered how that product and kiwigrip would work together. Sorry lost the URL but can be found on youtube. Both sand and walnut shells have heard are very hard on the feet and knees.
