Hi Stephen,  

Sure looks like a custom job.  Is this one of the Vancouver boats?  Rather than raise the floor, I raised my stbd bunk 6" last spring to make room for an additional water bladder aft and food stores fwd part of the bunk.  also ran the cushion out to the hull to make a more comfortable berth. It worked out very well.  But never considered raising the floor.  I've been on boats with 5'8" headroom and they are horrible to move around in- the latest was a short dog house on a 41' rhodes Bounty.  Lack of headroom is a Deal killer for most buyers.
