[Public-List] Can anyone recommend a surveyor in the Norfolk area?

Richard if I may but in here, my name is Andre and I have become an Alberg
30 (644) owner 5 weeks ago. (Sounds like a twelve step program) She is in
need of re-power as the MD7A is history. Being put off by the price of new
or even used replacement motors has gotten me thinking about repowering
with electric. One of my long term goals was to install a few panels and
the addition of batteries to gain comfort power when cruising. Using
electric as the re-power tied with the solar would allow me many benefits.

If I read right, you are powered by electric. Do you having any insights in
going the electric power route? I'm quite fond of the idea of the
re-arranged space made available by offing the diesel tank and motor, not
having the smell, these along many other benefits.

I've just lightly started the search for the proper way(s) to go about
re-powering with electric, any insight from an electric Alberg owner would
be awesome.

Thank you,
Andre 644

If and when you get to the point of going electric get in touch. We love
it and when under sail we have a setup to charge the house from the regen.
