[Public-List] Mast base

Ah I see.  

I dislike that bolt.  It serves no purpose with regard to the security of
the rig.   I have one and for years have used it to secure the bale to which
I rig our vang; but I'm going to drill new holes for it so that it traverses
the heel of the mast above the step extrusion.
