[Public-List] Anchor Annapolis Boat Show

I have some Canadian friends cruising through the Chesapeake.  They have
inquired about anchoring in Annapolis during the boat show.  They
specifically asked about anchoring in Weems Creek and whether there is
dinghy dock there.  Any locals have any suggestions I can pass on?
