Saleem,

I have the wooden spreaders on US 11 as well and just replaced them this
year.  Mine were 35 7/8" long.  I was advised to have them made from White
Oak.  One of my crew members fabricated the new spreaders for me.  If you
don't feel like making them yourself, he is in Pennsylvania and his website
