[Public-List] Spreader dimensions

Hi all,  

Anyone know the height and width dimensions of the original rectangular aluminum spreader base that the wood spreaders were mounted in - for a 1968 era A 30 rig (hull No. 318)?

Iam thinking the base is 1" x 4", but not certain.

I want to replace my original spreaders with aluminum ones, and can't go up the mast to measure because of storage yard restrictions.
