I'm pretty sure the yard doesn't know what they're talking about. The 
Gray doesn't have a hydraulic transmission. I suspect it does have a 
friction transmission, like the Atomic 4 does. If that's the case, it 
could be worn and slipping.

How quickly did this problem come on? When was the last time the prop 
was cleaned?
