How about Art Deco Patio Paint.  It is an acrylic paint made for 
outdoors.  Lots of colors and is definitely an artist's paint. Maybe try 
something small on the boat and see how it holds up over the summer.  
Just a thought.  I have had very good luck with their paints for other 
projects but, I have never tried it on a boat.
