[Public-List] Another Spinnaker question

Hello - 

We sail SURPRISE with the guy going back to the swivel sheet block on the
quarter, and rely on the spin pole downhaul for control in that department.
We have rigged the downhaul strongly enough, and with a 2:1 purchase, so
that it can cope with heavy and light air.
