[Public-List] dimensions of the access opening

The access opening under the galley sink on my boat, s/n 275, measures 7 
- 1/16" x 13 3/8"
The cover which fits into the opening and has a lip on it measures 7 
3/4" x 14 3/16"

The top of the opening is 4" below the lip on the top and 3 1/8" ftom 
the forward edge of the enclosure.
