Wes,Any reson you used different sizes for the tubes?  Did you slice them to fit over the shrouds or side them over the ends?

I made mine from PVC , you can probably see them in the pictures on the Facebook page, they are 10 feet cut in half. 3/4 tube for the forward lowers and 1" tube for the uppers. They ride on the turnbuckle boots
