[Public-List] Navigation Restrictions on the Upper Chesapeake Bay

Fellow Albergers,

The Coast Guard has promulgated a new temporary rule prohibiting navigation in the Chesapeake Bay and its tributaries from the C&D Canal to the Chesapeake Bay Bridge without prior permission of the Captain of the Port Baltimore from now until April 15th.

I don't know if this rule will get cancelled early or how it will impact getting boats ready for spring, but everyone should be aware of this.
