[Public-List] V-berth platform

Hi Guys, 
I'd like to build a platform for my v-berth, so it's a full bed. it's a 1968 pre-liner. I'm wondering if anyone has dimensions/plans already laid out on paper that could be shared, I'd really appreciate it. I searched the old threads and couldn't find anything. If you recall a conversation where this has already been discussed, feel free to point me to that. Don't want to rehash anything that's already been covered.
