[Public-List] winch mountings

My winch pedestals are attached to the coaming with slotted # 10 screws 
in the coaming and ny-lock  nuts and washers inside the pedestals.  The 
same for the screws to the deck, but the nuts are obviously under the 
deck, somewhat accessable by reaching through the cockpit lockers. Mine 
show no sign of stress, even though I have used the winches to raise the 
anchor and to kedge off a shoal.
