[Public-List] Cockpit Coaming

AND the starboard winch (self tailer) on 272 pulled out in the Rankin race
this year!
The winch base failed - fortunately the self-tailer held the winch and the
base so they did not go to the bottom of the Magothy.
After looking at the winch base, I think the material was laid too thin in
way of the holes. I don't think the self-tailer adds to the loading, since
when racing you can have large tailing forces from almost any direction.
