[Public-List] Cockpit Coaming

I got the neoprene idea from Bud Dolber. I think he used a gasket that 
covered the entire area, but I used a two-inch wide strip at the top. 
Not only was that easier to procure, but I rationalized it would let any 
water drain out more easily.

I'd be happy to post a warning about the older winch pads. Perhaps 
people could send me photos of how they've failed. (I've got a newer 
boat with the winch pads molded into the deck, and haven't had that 
problem.) A short description of the failure would help the photos tell 
the story.
