Hi,

I think you mean 3/8" ply, not 3/4" plywood for
the shelves.

I ripped all the pegboard on my boat and replaced it
with 4" wide strips of teak-faced 1/8" plywood,
with 1/8" gaps between the strips. This considerably \
improves the appearance of the cabins.
