[Public-List] Rudder Trauma

I bet this is just cosmetic. Taking the rudder off is a pile of work. I'd
leave it in place, grind down around the split until you find solid
material, then epoxy fiberglass tape around the leading edge to re-inforce
the area, fair and paint.
