You can see that the boom has no butt end fitting and the mainsheet is held to the aft section of the boom with line. Gord might be right, boom shortened. With the traveler that far forward wouldn't the sheet contact the cabin while running dead down wind?

Looks like the main sheets to a traveller along the bridge deck... Yet still 
sheets to the end of the boom.... Is it shortened? Hard to tell in the 
picture. And that boom looks very light...
