Thinking about chainplate covers.
Schaefer covers have been mentioned a few times in the thread.
Schaefer appears to have covers for 1-1/4"x1/8" chainplates (84-88/84-78)
and covers for 1-1/2"x1/4" chainplates (84-90/84-80) as well as smaller and
larger
chainplates.  Our chainplates are 1-1/4"x3/16", if I measured and noted the
sizes correctly.

Guessing that folks are using the  covers for 1-1/2"x1/4" chainplates
(84-90/84-80) ?
