[Public-List] Replacing a mast step

Mike,

Replacing the mast step might be an opportunity to bring the mast a bit
farther forward with a result of placing the mast more centrally over the
support beam.  Could be done by setting the "foot" farther forward on the
plate or by locating the place farther forward.
