[Public-List] Weather helm

I hear you all!  Fortunately, I've installed a nicely adjustable traveler
(the boat originally had an "A" configuration), an outhaul that's
adjustable from the cabin top as well as a downhaul and new sails to boot!
The boat will balance and sails, well you know...beautifully...

Just waiting for Spring
