[Public-List] chain plate bolts and bulkhead rot

I also can't open the pic file. I agree with Gord, I'd take the rig down...is it possible the boat was blocked very badly for a period,causing that bulkhead to "rack" out of position? My boat is a non- liner boat, so any "discoveries" I made may not be relevant to you.
