[Public-List] New Alberg owner and member of the association

I do not know yet. I was offered a temporary spot over the summer till I figure that out. For which I am very thank full for. I do need to get it up here soon though. It is a pain driving an hour and a half to do work on it. I would be much more productive if it were closer.
