[Public-List] chain plate bolts and bulkhead rot

Hello Steve - thanks for noticing the issue with the link Mike.

I've looked at the pictures and would agree that the bulkheads need to be
replaced.  Our boats are prone to leakage down the chainplates and that
water does no good to the plywood the bulkheads are made of.

And I'm going to do an especially good job of the recaulking I do on my
chainplates every spring...
