I have the same head and support Mike's recommendation. Manual is just
fine.

 The Raritan PHEII head is a fine head, it is what we have in our boat

 Raritan still has replacement parts available unlike several other
mfgs. Is 
 this the electric one or the manual? I would opt for manual.
