[Public-List] Strengthening Soft Bulkheads.

I'm with Gord on this sneaky issue.

If suspect, bite down on a trunnel, make a mess and replace the bulkhead.
When done, you'll rest easy in a stiff breeze, sleep better,
maintain resale value, and women will admire you for it.

I'd use an oscillating cutting tool to neatly cut back all the tabbing.
Since getting one of these nifty tools, I look at jobs like this in a
different light..more like surgery than demolition.
