[Public-List] Mt Desert hikes

Hey All,

For all of those in the area, Swans Island is an island just south of 
MDI (Mount Desert Island) in Maine, on which a music festival (See 
sweetchariotmusicfestival.com) is held every year. Among the 
performances one unique aspect is a performance of sea shanties on board 
one of the schooners that enter Burnt Coat Harbor (on the south side of 
Swans Island), free to those who gather about in their own boats. This 
year they are scheduled to be out there on the 2nd and 3rd of August 
starting at 3:30. All sorts of boats enter the harbor to take advantage 
of this free concert. So if any are in the area on their boats it might 
be a fun activity.
