There are a variety of rollers on A30s, so mounting may vary.


Ours is mounted on starboard and the pilot is perpendicular to the tiller, far enough forward so it clears the seat locker hatch and remains horizontal.

Has anyone any experience with electronic tiller pilots? If favorable what kind do you use? Also, as I understand it the device itself must be horizontal and must also be at least 18 inches from the base of the tiller. I would be interested in how people have tried to install them bearing in mind that the tiller on the Albergs are quite high.
