[Public-List] cockpit locker drains

Can someone tell me how the cockpit lockers drain.  I can not find a
drainage anywhere at the low pt of the locker. I am trying to drain/refill
my fresh water coolant and while I have finally found the mostly
inaccessible drain, it will go into the starboard locker and seems to have
nowhere to drain.
