[Public-List] Through deck connectors

After a couple of years of trying to get the deck connectors clean and
working I gave up and am putting the mast wires through the deck and
connecting in the vberth.  What type through deck fittings have A-30 owners
(for that matter any sailboat ) used that both seal the deck and will be
removable when I step the mast.
