[Public-List] 2nd halyard retractable deck reinforcement

I am still looking to get either some photographs or some plans or even rough drawings about how to safely anchor a second (retractable) halyard for a staysail. Specifically how is the foredeck either reinforced or there has to be some connection to the hull so that the tension is not on the foredeck, no?

Any info would be hugely appreciated.
