[Public-List] 2nd halyard retractable deck reinforcement

I thought that would be a good location too but the plans I got were for
18" back from stem and 2" forward of first rise in coach roof on foredeck.
Inner stay could be used in either place with a turnbuckle to adjust
required length at each position.  Right now I am working on plane for deck
reinforcement at each location.
