The original jib that sheets to the inside has battens. The alternative is to get a #3 genoa that can sheet to the track on the toe rail.

Hi
I want to get a new working jib for my boat
I thought about using the measurements on the class sails
<http://www.alberg30.org/Assoc/Racing/sails.html> page but I'm not sure
that it will sheet properly to the inner jib tracks. Also a couple
sailmakers have commented that a sail so tall and skinny would need
battens, which I would like to avoid.

Do any of you have a working Jib that you sheet inside the shrouds to the
inner jib tracks on the side decks?
do you know what the measurements for that sail are?
