[Public-List] Window replacement, what's the best material ?

Greg,

Here's what I know...Lexan although 'bulletproof', scratches easier than just good old Plexiglass.  I think a lot of folks are using butyl rubber for caulking.  There's an "art" to using the stuff as you have to tighten the bolts SLOWLY, allowing the caulk to ooze out over time
