[Public-List] Holding Tanks

Has anyone converted the water tank on a pre liner boat into a holding
tank?

I currently have a Tempo 5 gal holding tank mounted under the port V berth,
it tends to smell, and is a little on the small size (Zero Discharge Area).
Additionally I also have a Vetus flexible water tank that was installed
inside of the original water tank (to remove fiberglass taste presumably).
I was thinking about relocating the vetus flexible tank and converting the
original tank into a waste tank. This should increase capacity quite a bit
as hopefully be less aromatic.

Thoughts? Advice? Experiences?
