[Public-List] to sell or not

i moved my alberg from charleston s.c  to southwest michigan 8 or 9 years ago-- four hour drive instead of 13--.hoping i would get more use out of her.  since then i have sailed her maybe 5 times. life got more complicated , many more grandkids. pesky job. i keep telling myself..next season.
 out of the 8 or so summers she has only been in the water 4  summers. this summer again is looking like no reason to put her in since i cannot see time to go up for more than a day or two at most. i love the boat and smile whenever i am on her..butttt.. i feel like keeping her one more summer, addressing any problems that may exist from this winter spend the time i can on her brightwork and make her more presentable to sell the following year if it again proves like the last 5. any thoughts from others? tell me i'm an idiot? just a dumb dreamer?
