If the starter is a chronic problem, I'd pull it and get it rebuilt. Chris Oliver turned me on to a place called Pasco on West Street, 2023. Seems like a bunch of good folks, they bench checked my alternator for free. Too bad Mamock's Motor Electric went out of business...
