[Public-List] anchor light

Here is the LED anchor light I installed 5 years ago at masthead. Its 2NM
range and low voltage draw is why I chose this one. It is VERY bright and
on a fully charged group 27 battery, I figure it would remain lit for about
3 months before the battery died.
