[Public-List] Tiller wobble and possible fix.

Haven't seen any.  Have telfon tape and telfon based lubricants.
But its a good idea!    MSC Direct seems to have something that might
fit
Seem to recall that the tiller head bolt is 3/8", at least I used a 3/8"
drill bit to drill the aluminum to fit the bolt.
