[Public-List] MD DNR Boating Rules - Grounding

I used Valspar reserve low VOC satin white.  Water-based paint
Required 3 coats in some places.

95% of the work was stripping paint, especially the hard-to-reach places


For the v-berth I had used rustoleom white, but I didn’t want the odor that
had persisted for a few weeks.  I am pleased with the look and hopeful for
longevity of the finish.
