[Public-List] Flares

While I too save my old ones, 3 years ago I took the oldest 10 (!) and 
fired them off over a rural farm pond.  One did not fire at all, one did 
fire but was pretty much a dud otherwise.   These were the cheapie Orion 
12-gauge flares.
