[Public-List] Is this an Alberg 30?

Perhaps it's some local builder. If the boat was built 1973 or later, 
there should be a Hull Identification Number on the transom. That number 
should start with a three-letter Manufacturer ID Code which you can look 
up on http://uscgboating.org/content/manufacturers-identification.php
