Looking at the headers:
Received: from smtp.ocn.ne.jp (unknown [120.89.122.138])
  by smtp.ocn.ne.jp (Postfix) with ESMTPA;
  Tue,  5 Jun 2018 19:11:58 +0900 (JST)

It appears to have come from a mail server in Japan.

As a word to the wise, beware emails that carry only a URL, especially 
if they're sent to multiple recipients. This is a common pattern for 
malware spam these days.
