[Public-List] Cockpit Access Hatch

A previous owner made a large round deck plate from 1/4 in aluminum that is
aprox 30-36 in diameter. It is secured with 8  bolts that thread into a
aluminum ring that is bolted to the bottom of the cockpit floor.  It is
sealed with a foam gasket under the lip.

It very nice access to the back of the transmission, shaft seal and cockpit
drains.  Unfortunately it does seem to leak with heavy rain.

clean up and the yard put me near the road this winter...)
