[Public-List] Replies

Stephen,

The mailing list (and website) is hosted on Dreamhost servers. I don't
have the access or control to do such things, like I did when I ran my
own server in a collocation facility. I also don't have the time to
maintain my own servers. I don't miss having to drive a half-hour away
at midnight to investigate why the server is down. (It was due to
air-conditioner failure at the collocation facility.)

Every digest message includes the text:
 >> When replying, please edit your Subject line so it is more specific
 >> than "Re: Contents of Public-List digest..."
 >>
 >>
 >> Please do NOT include the entire digest in your reply!
 >> ======================================================
but it doesn't seem to help.
