Oops, I have double doors hinged on the inside of the companion way frame so he slats can still be fitted if desired (but I rarely use them as the doors are much more convenient).

Good afternoon,
I am curious how many of you have some kind of mechanism or simple method to lock the companionway from the inside. On other boats, I have seen barrel bolts or a large diameter dowel like sometimes used to secure sliding glass doors.
